Our story
Need breeds ideas
CloudVane’s journey began with our parent company, Neos. As experts in digital transformation, Neos faced challenges managing cloud costs and resources when migrating clients to Oracle Cloud. With no existing solution that supported Oracle, Neos set out to build CloudVane, a platform designed to meet their needs and help clients manage cloud costs effectively.
The birth of CloudVane
In the early stages of development, Neos discovered the FinOps methodology and recognised its value in creating a strong, dependable solution. FinOps, which consists of the three iterative phases – Inform, Optimise and Operate – became the foundation of CloudVane. By embedding FinOps best practices into the platform, we made it simple for users to implement effective cloud financial management.
A trusted FinOps pioneer
On 20 August 2020, Neos became one of the first six FinOps Certified Service Providers globally, offering expert support, consulting and training for cloud financial management. In 2022, CloudVane was approved as a FinOps Certified Platform, and in 2023, Neos became a FinOps Certified Training Provider, a distinction held by fewer than 10 companies worldwide.

Today, CloudVane supports major hyperscalers like OCI, AWS, Azure and GCP, and offers custom integrations for unique systems. With more than 25 years of experience and over 19 years of leadership, Davorin is leading the digital journey to MultiCloud. Focused on Cloud, Automation and Unit economics, he became a FinOps Certified Practitioner in the first half of 2020.

With a background in designing and managing complex cloud services, Dusko’s expertise spans areas such as application development, integration, and cloud-native technologies.

With over ten years of experience in IT, Dean is our FinOps Certified Professional and has been deeply involved with CloudVane since it’s inception. If you need the perfect guy to successfully convert technical requirements of cloud projects into the architecture and design that will guide the final product, Dean is the go-to guy.

Tajana is responsible for all activities regarding Marketing, PR and Communications. She spent most of her career in the IT industry, although her experience spans over retail, telecommunication and media publishing.
Solution Architect
Irena Jurica
With over two decades of experience across various IT domains—including TELCO, IT Service Management, and Software Development—Irena embarked on a multi-cloud journey four years ago as a FinOps Certified Practitioner. Dedicated to addressing the intricacies of multi-cloud cost and usage, she also became a contributor and maintainer of the FinOps FOCUS Specification.
